Situated in an absolutely perfect spot. Got a bidet, a dryer, and complimentary toiletries, available in the bathroom. They offered easy check-in. Service-minded and very helpful staff, individual ambiance.

Secure and charming place, everything was perfect. Service-oriented staff with good travel recommendations. Nice sleep on the very comfy bed. Setting close to all the major sights and Rossio and Cais do Sodre.

Staff were very amiable, had a very enjoyable stay on night 4 of vour 5 night stay. Rooms were airy and clean and they provided me with coffee maker, nice design, as for instance. Its location was perfect and incredible, not far from Escultura de Fernando Pessoa.

I was in an airy room in the double bedroom and slept amazingly well. It had a brilliant and super setting very close to shops, restaurants, trams, and supermarkets. And I was located to grocery stores.

I had a perfect three-night stay at Chiado Trindade Apartments. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Plus, having an elevator was a bonus. The staff, especially João, was accommodating and took care of all my needs. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Lisbon.

The check-in process was smooth and we were greeted by a helpful and informative staff member. The apartment was well-equipped, nicely decorated, and clean. The washer/dryer combo was a great convenience, especially after a week of traveling. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to many great restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. It was also great to have an elevator/lift, which is not always common in apartment rentals.

That our room keycard stopped working during our stay, and it took some time to get assistance as the apartments are not staffed full time. It would have been more convenient if this issue had been resolved more quickly.

The setting was best possible. Moreover, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from city centre.

The location of the apartments is ideal, as they are very close to the center and all historical monuments. Guests can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. the apartments offer a convenient location for travelers who need to catch a flight, as they are easily accessible from the airport after checking out.

Some guests mentioned that it would be helpful to have more tourist information available in the hall area.

Loved to stay there, the place is charming. It was airy room in the double bedroom, all we need.
